Nomination Papers

Circulation Period

  • Start date: April 15, 2026

  • Official filing deadline: June 1, 2026 at 5:00 p.m.

Please return all completed papers to the campaign by May 22, 2026.
This 10-day buffer gives us time to review signatures, prepare correcting affidavits if needed, and file a complete, valid set well before the deadline. Early returns help us ensure we have more than enough valid signatures (we need at least 1,000 but are aiming higher for safety).

Download the approved nomination papers here or above.

(The form is pre-filled with Aaron’s name, address, office, district, party/principle, and election details. Use this exact version so every page is identical and compliant.)

Print as many copies as you need (each page holds up to 10 signatures). You may keep one blank copy for making additional duplicates.

Who Can Circulate Nomination Papers?

You qualify as a qualified circulator if you are:

  • A qualified elector of Wisconsin, OR

  • A U.S. citizen who is at least 18 years old (and would not be disqualified from voting under Wis. Stat. § 6.03 if you lived in Wisconsin).

  • You do not need to live in the 6th Congressional District.

Important rule: You may circulate papers for only one candidate for this office in this election. Circulating for more than one candidate invalidates your later papers.

Step-by-Step Instructions for Circulators

  1. Personally circulate every page

  2. Help signers fill out the form correctly (each signer must provide):

    • Printed full name

    • Residential street address (no P.O. boxes)

    • Municipality of residence (check Town / Village / City and write the name)

    • Date signed (month/day/year)

    • Signature

Signers must be qualified electors who live in Wisconsin’s 6th Congressional District and are eligible to vote there. Each person may sign for only one candidate for this office.

  3. Complete the Certification of Circulator (bottom of each page)

    • Do this only after all signatures on that page are collected.

    • Fill in: Your full name, your complete residential address (street number, street name, and municipality), the date you are certifying, and your signature.

    • The certification date must be on or after the latest signature date on that page.

    • Any signatures dated after your certification date will not count.

  4. Keep pages organized

    • Do not number pages as campaign staff will do this when all nomination papers are received.

Tips for Success

  • Explain briefly what the petition is for: it simply puts Aaron’s name on the ballot so voters can choose him.

  • Watch carefully as people sign—missing information or errors can cause signatures to be challenged.

  • You may circulate and return partial pages (as long as the certification is completed correctly).
